HYDROPLEX^TM MULTIPLEXED ON-BOARD NETWORK
Hydroplex^TM is the answer to increasing vehicle electrical system complexities. Modular and user programmable, Hydroplex^TM eliminates complex wiring harnesses and replaces them with four wires: two for data, two for power. A series of nodes are strategically located throughout the vehicle, communicating on a high-speed network. The nodes connect directly to sensors, switches, and loads. No need for relays, fuses or circuit breakers. Hydroplex^TM can handle continuous loads of 10 Amps with full current limiting and short-circuit protection built-in.  Hydroplex^TM features these solutions to challenging vehicle systems:  Inputs - high resolution, analog, digital, and frequency Outputs - analog PWM for soft-start and proportional control  as well as discrete (on-off) Compatibility - CAN standard, others optional Load Sentry™ - constant continuity checker Diagnostics - on-board for easy troubleshooting Flexibility - various node configurations for optimum network  design

A complete network can be built without a Zone Module relying principally on I/O Modules.
The Zone Module is designed to replace a number of I/O Modules, typically 3 or 4, where applicable.
